Inspired by Scripture and then written By Deborah Negron

Will the church of Jesus Christ stand today? We we believe, serve and follow Jesus? Will we adhere to God’s Word?
Will we relinquish every connection to the ties of this world? Will we stop looking at the self as if we have all authority over our lives?
Will we surrender personal opinions?
Will we speak the truth today?
Will we be as was Martin Luther, who preached the unadulterated Word of God. Will we be like Paul? Or Like Peter? Would we be able to die for the faith?
Are we more concerned with being politically correct? Are we more concerned with being united in community, rather than to tell the world that without Jesus as Lord and Saviour and as the Only, Christ, yes, the One True Messiah, they are lost?
Will we be interested in following the crowd and the ideologies that are contrary to God’s word.
We as a society are enamoured with ourselves. We want to be right and in good standing with those who reject that truth.
Jesus is the only way. He is the only truth and the only life.
He said, no one comes to the Father by way of anyone else. He alone is Lord of All.
If we truly love people, we have a responsibility to csuse them to see the truth.
We have strayed so far from the Lord, that we, have changed how we interact with them. We seem to want to make people feel connected to the love of God by letting them believe, in any false god they choose. We let them think they can be saved by being a good person…. just being a kind neighbor. We want them to feel accepted.
So, we do not share the truth that, without Jesus they will forever be lost.
How could this be kindness? How could we be loving, if we know their ignorance will lead them to death. How could we keep this knowledge to ourselves?
Kindness, is sometimes facing the uncomfortable places.
It is standing in the gap, when others are too afraid to do so. It means more than making a kind gesture or an action or gift.
Feed the homeless and give them false hope? Is this love? Tell the patient, to have faith in faith. What faith?
Imagine having problems with breathing and your lungs and going to a cardiologist who wants to run an EKG on you, or going to a dentist to help you breathe.
Imagine going to a Barber shop and asking for a Pizza with extra cheese. This sounds absurd. It sounds preposterous.
Yet, when we, who are those who hold the truth of God, offer a meal and a blanket, but no Words of the Love of God found, only in Jesus, we are doing that very same thing. Giving them the truth they cannot get from anywhere else, is supposed to be our objective.
JESUS alone, died on the Cross to Redeem mankind from their sins.
The Blood of Jesus alone, is the perfect atonement for mankind’s sin. It alone is the Remedy that can wash away our sin.
We have erred too far from the truth. We want to preach a gospel that is all inclusive… Just have faith. Everybody goes to heaven. Just have peace.
We cannot continue to keep the truth quiet.
Like sheep, souls are going to the slaughter.
Lord, Jesus Help us!
Love ought to cause us to say,
“If you do not repent, there is no hope outside of the Christian faith, Not the church, not the preacher or the priest.
No ritual can save me from sin. Only Jesus saved me from myself. The error of my poor choices and my own decisions led me astray. But God’s mercy rescued me.
We cannot serve two masters. We have to Speak Truth, even When it is not the Norm to do so.
Let’s read this story.
Then Elijah approached all the people and said, “How long will you waver between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow Him. But if Baal is God, follow him.” But the people did not answer a word.
1 Kings 18:21
The people were of two opinions. They wanted Baal and they wanted Jehovah.
How foolish. There is but one Lord and one God. They wanted to fit in and do what everyone was doing.
They wanted to be right with the norms of their day.
Today, we also, are meandering in two paths. We want the God that blesses us. But reject his commandments. We want the protection and provision without adhering to his Word.
Scripture tells us,
What did the Lord God say? He was clear.
“You shall have no other gods before Me.”
Exodus 20:3
Today seem too sophisticated and too progressive to think that there can only be one God.
We would rather serve a universal god and say he is called by many names and found in many religions. Since many religions worship in different ways. We have even said that people have misunderstood God. Because he supposedly, is too good to allow people to be lost.
Lies. There is but one gospel story. The Later written, supposed, sacred writings of other false prophets, came centuries after the scrolls of the scriptures. The Torah and the New Testament together form the Cannon. It has been written for our edification and for the Salvation of people’ssouls.
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for instruction, for conviction, for correction, and for training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be complete, having been fully equipped toward every good work.
2 Timothy 3:16 -17
The Bible is the only book that speaks of faith. The rest are men’s attempts to reach their ideal of what a god, they approve of, would be like. Imagined false gods that cannot save them.
We cannot have a moral compass without God. So, men want to make things right in their own minds.
God’s word directs us to His Truth and Hope.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.
Proverbs 3:5-6
You shall have no other gods. Before me. Period.
Scripture does not change throughout the course of history. It can be studied and we can extrapulate so much from the life of every one of rhe 40 writers inspired by God’s Spirit. It took over 1400 years in its formation. Yet somehow it has one theme thatvis evident and longstanding.
The plan of Salvation can be seen throughout every book of its 66 books.
There is no other book that shows us a plan to save humanity.
We cannot save ourselves. We could not keep the commandments on our own. We were frustrated at best.
Our works were shown to be plagued with self indulgence and self preservation. We look to our own needs and desires. We are led by greed and personal gain. The rich seek influence and power for the sake of reigning and ruling over others. They appear to think their are above rhe law. Yet, every man will one day have to die.
The good and the bad, the evil and the righteous, all people, will have to remder their souls to the very Gover of life.
Our attempts at self grandparents and the attempts of prolonging life are futile.
Another commandments says Moses, in the book of Exodus was,
“You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth;
Exodus 20:4
We have made images of self. Our own ideas are considered more than God’s Word.
We bow down to the idols of media and social acceptance in order to feel accomplshed. Fools are we to think that man and their acclaim is worth more than the forgiveness of God.
Christ came that we would not have to bow to some man created idea. No government and no law is above the law of God.
Yahweh, Jehovah God… the God of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob is the same God those who come to Christ Jesus cling to.
Jesus, Yeshua is that long awaited Hebrew Messiah. Theone that The Prophet Isaiah spoke of.
In Isaiah chapter 9 we read….
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government will be upon His shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Isaiah 9:6
This was the little Baby born of A Virgin. The one we read of in Mathew.
The book of the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.
Abraham was the father of Isaac, and Isaac the father of Jacob, and Jacob the father of Judah and his brothers…
These all the way to David.
Jesus was the son of Abraham who would be the seed by which all the nations of the world would be blessed.
Salvation came by way of Jesus. He is the Wonderful Counselor, the Everlasting Father. He is the Prince of Peace that Isaiah spoke of.
The Lord is the Christ. He is that Saviour that is desperately needed today.
So all the generations from Abraham to David were fourteen generations, and from David to the deportation to Babylon fourteen generations, and from the deportation to Babylon to the Christ fourteen generations.
This is that same one who was there with the Triune God. Father , Son and Holy Spirit. Together this Godhead created the earth and the universe and eveey living creature and then humanity.
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness [awas on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Genesis 1:1-2
God made the beasts of the earth according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and everything that crawls upon the earth according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. Genesis 1:25
Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, after Our likeness, to rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, and over all the earth itself and every creature that crawls upon it.”
Genesis 1:26
Yes, this same Jesus, Son of Mary. This Jesus, born in Bethlehem.
This was the plan of God for the Salvation of mankind from sin. He is the second Adam. The sinless Lamb of God.
For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life you inherited from your forefathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or spot. He was known before the foundation of the world, but was revealed in the last times for your sake.
1 Peter 1: 18,19,20.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made, and without Him nothing was made that has been made. In Him was life, and that life was the light of men. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcomea it.
John 1:1-5

THIS SAME JESUS the one crucified and the very same who rose on the Third day. This is that Jesus, who left the Tomb Empty.
For God so loved the world that he sent his only Begotten son that whosoever believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life.
John 3:16
Scripture assures us that Salvation comes only through Jesus Christ. Yes, That Jewish Messiah. Yes, we are not saved by anyone else.
For the God of heaven knew we were incapable of truth and consistency. He knew we fluctuate and wander off due to our sinful, Adamic nature. Adam’s sin is what we inherited. Thus in His great mercy, the Eternal God, that Triune being made a way for us to attain redemption. Liberty is ours through Jesus. And through him the forgiveness of our sin. His blood on Clavary was the payment. His life here on earth was our example of how we ought to seek the Lord while there is time. He taught us to pray. To seek the Lord early and before we lay our heads. He taught us how to live a blameless life. He surrendered himself as the perfect sacrifice. He took your place and mine. Our punishment he took upon himself. By His Stripes we are healed from the plague of sin.
But this Christ then rose up from out of the dead. He made himself available. He made his presence accessible. He made God’s love attainable.
He now, after his Resurrection, went up to the Father to prepare a place for us. Yes, an eternal home for us to be separated from God never again.
He now sits with the role of advocate. Sitting beside the Father he is our intercesor.
Who is there to condemn us? For Christ Jesus, who died, and more than that was raised to life, is at the right hand of God—and He is interceding for us.
Romans 8:34
His power and His resurrection gives us the gift of Eternal Life. Then, As a by product of His Grace, He calls us Sons and Daughters. He engrafted us in to the true vine. (John 15) Aprt from him we can do nothing.
He has also sent us His Holy Spirit to give us the wherewithal to walk this walk of faith.
This is not some worldly man made religion. It is Faith.
Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not being seen. For in this the ancients were commended. By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible. Hebrews 11:1
Oh what amazing Grace. Oh How Sweet the Sound. Oh How Precious is the Flow that washes me White as Snow.
Oh How Marvelous is that Name. No Sweeter Name the same.
Jesus, His is the Power to Restore a fallen humanity to Reconciliation with the Father.
Death has no power over the one who was and is and is to soon return.
I will cling to the one who has loved me with an everlasting love.
Salvation is for the jew and also for the gentile. For every person who chooses to accept this faith in Jesus will be saved.
Salvation is for the whosoever, the lost and blind and confused and broken. It is also for those blinded by pride and self sufficiency.
The prerequisite to salvation, is hearing the word of God. Hearing the gospel of Jesus Christ and turning away from. Sin, this is repentance. A turning to God and recognizing that we cannot save ourselves.
You may ask as others have,
How can we be made right with God?
I repeat what the writer of Acts wrote,
And they said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.
Acts 16:31
We will all stand before God one day. Every person whom ever lived.
What you do with Jesus will determine your eternal fate.
Eternal life or Eternal Condemnation.
The choice is yours.
Willthe church Preach the True gospel Today?
Will we tell them that Jesus is the only Hope, the only Faith and the Only Truth?
Jesus open our mouths and awaken us from the stupor of this false unity and this false gospel. The one that allows people to call tolerance more important that truth.
There is Hope in none other.
Jesus alone is the Savior and Redeemer and Gover of True Life.
