And He said to them, “Come aside by yourselves to a deserted place and rest a while.” For there were many coming and going, and they did not even have time to eat. So they departed to a deserted place in the boat by themselves. But the multitudes saw them departing, and many knew Him and ran there on foot from all the cities. They arrived before them and came together to Him. And Jesus, when He came out, saw a great multitude and was moved with compassion for them, because they were like sheep not having a shepherd. So He began to teach them many things. When the day was now far spent, His disciples came to Him and said, “This is a deserted place, and already the hour is late. Send them away, that they may go into the surrounding country and villages and buy themselves bread; for they have nothing to eat.” But He answered and said to them, “You give them something to eat.” And they said to Him, “Shall we go and buy two hundred denarii worth of bread and give them something to eat?” But He said to them, “How many loaves do you have? Go and see.” And when they found out they said, “Five, and two fish.” Then He commanded them to make them all sit down in groups on the green grass. So they sat down in ranks, in hundreds and in fifties. And when He had taken the five loaves and the two fish, He looked up to heaven, blessed and broke the loaves, and gave them to His disciples to set before them; and the two fish He divided among them all. So they all ate and were filled.
Mark 6:31-42
Entonces los apóstoles se juntaron con Jesús, y le contaron todo lo que habían hecho, y lo que habían enseñado. Él les dijo: Venid vosotros aparte a un lugar desierto, y descansad un poco. Porque eran muchos los que iban y venían, de manera que ni aun tenían tiempo para comer. Y se fueron solos en una barca a un lugar desierto. Pero muchos los vieron ir, y le reconocieron; y muchos fueron allá a pie desde las ciudades, y llegaron antes que ellos, y se juntaron a él. Y salió Jesús y vio una gran multitud, y tuvo compasión de ellos, porque eran como ovejas que no tenían pastor; y comenzó a enseñarles muchas cosas. Cuando ya era muy avanzada la hora, sus discípulos se acercaron a él, diciendo: El lugar es desierto, y la hora ya muy avanzada. Despídelos para que vayan a los campos y aldeas de alrededor, y compren pan, pues no tienen qué comer. Respondiendo él, les dijo: Dadles vosotros de comer. Ellos le dijeron: ¿Que vayamos y compremos pan por doscientos denarios, y les demos de comer? Él les dijo: ¿Cuántos panes tenéis? Id y vedlo. Y al saberlo, dijeron: Cinco, y dos peces. Y les mandó que hiciesen recostar a todos por grupos sobre la hierba verde. Y se recostaron por grupos, de ciento en ciento, y de cincuenta en cincuenta. Entonces tomó los cinco panes y los dos peces, y levantando los ojos al cielo, bendijo, y partió los panes, y dio a sus discípulos para que los pusiesen delante; y repartió los dos peces entre todos. Y comieron todos, y se saciaron.
S. Marcos 6:31-42

Codiciáis, y no tenéis; matáis y ardéis de envidia, y no podéis alcanzar; combatís y lucháis, pero no tenéis lo que deseáis, porque no pedís. Pedís, y no recibís, porque pedís mal, para gastar en vuestros deleites. ¿O pensáis que la Escritura dice en vano: El Espíritu que él ha hecho morar en nosotros nos anhela celosamente? Pero él da mayor gracia. Por esto dice: Dios resiste a los soberbios, y da gracia a los humildes. Someteos, pues, a Dios; resistid al diablo, y huirá de vosotros. Acercaos a Dios, y él se acercará a vosotros. Pecadores, limpiad las manos; y vosotros los de doble ánimo, purificad vuestros corazones. Afligíos, y lamentad, y llorad. Vuestra risa se convierta en lloro, y vuestro gozo en tristeza. Humillaos delante del Señor, y él os exaltará.
Santiago 4:2-3, 5-10
You desire and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and wage war. You do not have because you do not ask. You ask and don’t receive because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures. Or do you think it’s without reason that the Scripture says: The spirit he made to dwell in us envies intensely? But he gives greater grace. Therefore he says: God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. Therefore, submit to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Be miserable and mourn and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you.
James 4:2-3, 5-10
Blab it and grab it.
Declaralo y obtenlo.
Pray for it and expect it.
Ora por eso y esperalo.
Have faith.
Te fe.
These are the phrases used by the preachers these days.
Estas son las frases que usan los predicadores hoy dia. Them preachers who want to entice the soul and the eyes with material gains.
Estos que con sus predicar quieren seducir el e alma y a los ojos con cosas materiales.
But the Lord stands waiting for those who have a true need and a true hunger for his presence.
Más el Señor espera a los que tienen una verdadera necesidad y una hambre por su presencia.
There are thise who come with a physical hunger anf he is moved with compassion.
Vienen unos con hambres por necesidad física y el se conmueve.
Then there are those who come with curiosity and wonder.
Hay aquellos que vienen con curiosidad y por ver las maravillas.
But the Lord is seeking those who desire him and his presence. He wants to sit and dine with them. He wants to break bread with them.
Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness.
Más el Señor esta buscando por aquellos que le desean a el y a su presencia. El esta deseoso de sentarse y comer con ellos. El anhela darnos el pan. Aquellos que tienen hambre y sed por la justicia de Dios.
These are the ones he desires to meet with.
Con estos desea Dios tener cita.
Hay aquellos que solo llaman a Dios cuando tienen necesidad física. Les duele su cuerpo o tienen frío. Tienen miedo o hambre. Se preocupan por todo lo material y lo que no es eterno, ni si quiera lo piensan.
There are those that call on God only when they have a fiscal need. Their body aches or they feel cold. They are afraid or feel hungry. They concern themselves with only the things that meet their material needs. They do not concern themselves with things that are eternal.
But the Lord wants to have a close knit relationship with us.
El Señor quiere un encuentro cercano con nosotros.
He wants to commune with us.
El desea comunicarse con nosotros.
He desires us not to fret or worry but to seek him for who he is. Not what he gives.
Su anhelo es que no nos ocupemos ni estemos preocupados más bien, que le busquemos por lo que él es y no por lo que nos pueda dar.
Since, we know him well, we ought to know that we have no reason to have a lack in any area of life. For he fills every need.
Sí le conocemos bien, sabemos que no tenemos porque tener necesidad de nada. El lo llena todo.
He is familiar with our every thought before we think.
El conoce nuestros pensamientos antes de que lo pensemos.
His Word tells us that he is the Good Shepherd.
Su Palabra nos dice que él es El Buen Pastor.
Entonces cuando experimentemos las vicisitudes de esta vida, los momentos inesperados que no atribulan, podemos confiar que El esta presente con nosotros aun ahi.
So then, when we experience the vicissitudes, that is those unexpected moments that trouble us, we can be confident that He is with us even then.
Jesus sawthe multitud following him anf his disciples. He ubderstood their needs. Both the physical and the spiritual.
He first fed them all day. He broke his word with them. Scripture tells us he taught them.
The day was long but their desire to listen was extended.
Primero el les dio de de comer a sus almas. El les enseño, dice la palabra. El dia fue largo pero todos permaneceron allí escuchándole.
Then, the disciples showed concern for the long time and the fact that their were so many of them.
Jesus asked them, what do you have?
What they had was not at all enough, in their understanding.
Los discípulos se preocuparon, ya que había una multitud y había pasado tanto tiempo. Jesús les pregunta que tienen. Ellos no sentían que tenían lo necesario, ni si quiera iba a ser suficiente a su sabio entender.
The Lord allows us to reach places where we see no other way. He allows us to go through trials in order that he can manifest his power and help us build our faith in him.
El Señor nos permite pasar por lugares difíciles que ni sabemos que podemos hacer.
El nos permite las pruebas para que etrvez de ellas el manifieste su poder y así no ayuda para que nuestra fe valla creciendo.
Al musculo se le tiene que ejercer para que tome fuerza y forma. Así nos hace Dios. Formando en nosotros su carácter y la forma de la imagen de su hijo en cada prueba.
One must exercise a muscle in order for it to be strengthened and take good form.
God does the same thing in us. He causes us to be formed and have his character and his images as we encounter trials.
He wants to sit with us in intimacy.
El quiere sentarse con nosotros en intimidad.
We do not take everyone to our home and eat with them from our own kitchen. We select those whom we deem close and whom we have a desire to share our lives with.
Nósotros no invitamos a todos a casa y a comer de nuestra cocina. Nosotros elegimos a aquellos con quien tenemos una afinidad y un aprecio y queremos tener una cercanía.
Jesus wants to have intimacy with you. He wants to take you closer and away from the multitudes.
Jesus Desea tener una cercanía contigo hoy. Te quiere tomar más allá de la multitud.
He wants to speak to you. He wants to hear you. Not just teach the masses but rather, interact with you on a day to day basis. He does not want to visit you.
El Quiere hablar contigo. El te quiere escuchar. No enseñando como a las multitudes sino, el quiere interactuar contigo dia a dia. No te quiere visitar de vez en cuando.
He wants To abide, live, and walk with you every moment of every day.
El quiere habitar contigo, vivir y caminar contigo cada momento de cada día.
The fact that he fed the multitud is beautiful.
But that the Eternal God, the Almighty, El Shaddai, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Elohim, The Great I am, desires to abide, live within us is marvelous.
El que le diere de comer a una multitud es lindo.
Pero el que, el Dios Eterno, el Todopoderoso, el Shaddai, Elohim, El gran Yo Soy, quiera habitar con nosotros es maravilloso.
Oh, to have him continually with us is the Christmas Story.
Oh tenerlo continamente con nosotros es la historia de la verdadera Navidad.
Emmanuel, Emmanuel, God with us.
Emanuel, Emanuel, Dios con nosotros.
He is the bread the fills the hunger of our souls.
El es El Pan que satisface el hambre del alma.
He is the Living water that quenches the thirst of each heart.
El es El agua viva que sacia la sed de cada corazón.
Jesus is the one who comes and fills every void.
Jesus es el que lo llena todo.
Be Merry thid Christmas. Celebrate that God is with us. Jesus the Lamb of God came and died and rose from the grave. And today we have his live and his presence in us.
Felicidades en esta Navidad. Celebra que Dios esta con Nosotros.
Jesus el Cordero de Dios vino y murió y resucitó. Y hoy tenemos su vida y su presencia en nosotros.
May his bread (His Word) sustain you and his grace give you the certainty of his great love.
Que su pan (Su Palabra) les sostenga y su gracia les de seguridad de su gran amor.
Es su Mejor Regalo para ti y para mi.
It is his Best Gift for you and me.
This is the bread that comes down from heaven so that anyone may eat of it and not die. I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread he will live forever. The bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.”
John 6:50-51
Este es el pan que desciende del cielo, para que el que de él come, no muera. Yo soy el pan vivo que descendió del cielo; si alguno comiere de este pan, vivirá para siempre; y el pan que yo daré es mi carne, la cual yo daré por la vida del mundo.
