4 Everyone who makes a practice of sinning also practices lawlessness; sin is lawlessness. 5 You know that he appeared in order to take away sins, and in him there is no sin. 6 No one who abides in him keeps on sinning; no one who keeps on sinning has either seen him or known him. 7 Little children, let no one deceive you. Whoever practices righteousness is righteous, as he is righteous. 8 Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil. 9 No one born of God makes a practice of sinning, for God’s seed abides in him; and he cannot keep on sinning, because he has been born of God. 1 John 3:4-9

Let’s be watchful….
Let’s guard our hearts.
What God has blotted out, let us never bring up again.
Once repented, everyone has been deamed clean.
Once forgiven, before God, the believer is Born Again.

So, what of those who point the finger. What of those who, like a diver, go in to the deep and pull up the sins of the past?
They stand with their father Satan. For he is the accuser of the brethren. What of those who keep on putting other downs and repeating their sins bring slander and harm to the good name of those saints?

God has some serious judgement against those who speak ill of those who have been blood bought and cleansed.

Whoever slanders his neighbor secretly I will destroy. Whoever has a haughty look and an arrogant heart I will not endure. PSALM 101:5

The one who conceals hatred has lying lips, and whoever utters slander is a fool. Proverbs 10:18

Do not speak evil against one another, brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge.
James 4:11

But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people. 2 Timothy 3:1-5

The True believer understands that every one of us has failed and fallen short of the glory of God. Nobody is holy.

Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.
Ephesians 4:31-32

I was married to a man who constantly reminded me of my failures. He mocked my faith and told me over and over that he knew the real me. He had knowledge of my past and how I lived when I was not saved. So he constantly threw my past in my face. He belittle me and made me feel like the Blood of Jesus was somehow not good enough to wash away my sin.

Eventually, my faith in Christ was slowly diminishing. I believed his lies. He would tell me that marrying him had made me respectable. But he reminded me of a past Jesus had already forgiven me of.

He was being used of Satan. He was not a true servant of God. He was playing church. But he was not at all part of the true church.
He hid behind his religiosity to point fingers at those he thought were somehow beneath him.
In the end he suffered for his pride.

Be sure your sin will find you out. Eventually, his actions caused God’s judgement to come. He paid dearly for his high thoughts about himself and the belittling of others.

By the grace of God he was saved in the end, but not before he became very ill and lost everything and everyone.

Repentance for him was hard. He had not thought he was a sinner himself. He saw himself as better than everyone else. He put down my family, my friends, my desire to love God. He continued to say that I was unworthy and always repeat the things of the past as if Christ had not saved mw and made me a new creation.

We will have to give an account for everything we have done after coming to the knowledge of Christ.

If we are hypocritical and only pretend to like people but in fact we do not even tolerate them, God sees our hearts. If we prefer the things of the world and continue to act as thise who are on the side of diminishing the work of God’s Holy Spirit in the lives of others, we srsnd at risk of being lost. God is the one who can save and the only one who can condemn. We are treading on his authority and power when we question his work of redemption in the lives of others.

If we are standing as Lord’s over the lives of others and allow ourselves to be fooled by the enemy of our souls we will be judged.

The Bible says we ought not to bring to memory the sins of the past.

To judge those whom God has already forgiven is to be at risk of losing one’s own salvation. Or if c9ntinuing in this that person may not be at all saved.

The Bible says, love one another.

We know that the works of the flesh, that is a person who is not Born Again, are as follows,

Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.
Galatians 5:19-23

When we come to Christ everything we have done in the past is forgiven. Then the Lord allows us to begin to grow the fruit of the Spirit. We no longer are to be judged by our past sins.

The Blood of Jesus covers our sin, past, present and future sins.

God has the Power to restore us and make us new. Born Again means we do not have to ever look back.
Jesus forgave us.

When someone points out our past, the evidence is clear. They are not of God’s Kingdom. They are imposters. They are fools that will be judged for their accusations.

You are a saint, no longer a sinner. When God looks at you he sees you under the blood of Jesus.

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away. Behold, the new has come!
2 Corinthians 5:17

Hey, you are no longer bound. You are free. No longer lost. You are found. You and I have been forgiven and brought in to God’s wonderful Light.

So, do not let those who point fingers hinder you. Do not believe they are of God.
They are doing the work of Satan.

Pray for them and keep away from their toxic agenda.

Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.
John 8:36

Remember the high cost Jesus paid for your redemption. You are called Child of God. Anyone who recalls your past is a sad soul, doomed to judgement.

We who have been forgiven are no longer under judgment. We are Redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb. We are co heirs with Christ. We are the Beloved of God.

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; 1 Peter 2:9

And I pray, that if you are one who speaks evil about another, I pray you come to repentance. I pray you see the error of your ways and you do not harden your heart. Because we will all stand at the day of judgment befor ethe Lord.

We will all have to give an account of how we lived and how our words impacted others.

God help you if you are guilty of this.

He whom the Son sets free is free indeed. I pray your eyes are open and the Lord has mercy on your life.

As for the redeemed of God, those washed in the crimson flow I say to you,

Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven. “Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
Matthew 5:10‭-‬12

The Lord knows all things and you are of high value to the Lord. Pray for the accusers, that God will have mercy.
