For I will leave in the midst of you a people humble and lowly. They shall seek refuge in the name of the Lord , those who are left in Israel; they shall do no wrong and utter no lies, nor shall there be found in their mouth a deceitful tongue. For they shall pasture and lie down, and none shall make them afraid.” Sing aloud, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel! Rejoice and exult with all your heart, O daughter of Jerusalem! The Lord has taken away the judgments against you, he has cast out your enemies. The King of Israel, the Lord , is in your midst; you shall fear evil no more. On that day it shall be said to Jerusalem: “Do not fear, O Zion; let not your hands grow weak. The Lord your God is in your midst, a warrior who gives victory; he will rejoice over you with gladness, he will renew you in his love; he will exult over you with loud singing as on a day of festival. “I will remove disaster from you, so that you will not bear reproach for it. Behold, at that time I will deal with all your oppressors. And I will save the lame and gather the outcast, and I will change their shame into praise and renown in all the earth.
Zephaniah 3:12-19
Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband; and I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling of God is with men. He will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself will be with them; he will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning nor crying nor pain any more, for the former things have passed away.” And he who sat upon the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” Also he said, “Write this, for these words are trustworthy and true.” And he said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty I will give from the fountain of the water of life without payment. He who conquers shall have this heritage, and I will be his God and he shall be my son.
Revelation 21:1-7
But he who endures to the end will be saved.
Matthew 24:13
Share in suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. Remind them of this, and charge them before the Lord to avoid disputing about words, which does no good, but only ruins the hearers. Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth. Avoid such godless chatter, for it will lead people into more and more ungodliness, But God’s firm foundation stands, bearing this seal: “The Lord knows those who are his,” and, “Let every one who names the name of the Lord depart from iniquity.”
2 Timothy 2:3, 14-16, 19
But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of stress. For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, inhuman, implacable, slanderers, profligates, fierce, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding the form of religion but denying the power of it. Avoid such people. For among them are those who make their way into households and capture weak women, burdened with sins and swayed by various impulses, who will listen to anybody and can never arrive at a knowledge of the truth. Indeed all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings which are able to instruct you for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
All scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.
2 Timothy 3:1-7, 12, 14, 15.
Wait… He is coming.
Trust… His word is sure.
Endure… For in this you are becoming like him. For He enduredun to death.
Be sure in your election.
Be confident in faith.
Forget not His Promises.
Believe He is Faithful.
The Lord will return.
For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the archangel’s call, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first; then we who are alive, who are left, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and so we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.
1 Thessalonians 4:16-18
I wait for I know whom I have believed him…
and therefore I suffer as I do. But I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed, and I am sure that he is able to guard until that Day what has been entrusted to me.
2 Timothy 1:12
So rather than spend time on frivolous unprofitable things let us seek to encourage one another in faith. Understanding the days are short. Time is soon passing. Jesus will return.
For the desire of the Father is to reunite his children un to himself.
Jesus is our Elder Brother He is also our Father for in him we have been Born Again. Jesus is our Redeemer and our Savior and with Him, He will bring our reward.
Seek ye first the king from of God and his righteousness and all things shall be added unto you.
That is the need for strength to endure.
The need for courage to stand in the evil day. The need for wisdom to choose to follow Christ and to be able to serve him diligently in the midst of Adversity.
For God so loved us that his desire is that none should perish but rather that we have Ever lasting life.
Endure the hardship…
As for you, always be steady, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfil your ministry.
2 Timothy 4:5
Therefore we must live in such a way that we will be ambassadors of his truth.
As for you, always be steady, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfil your ministry.
2 Timothy 4:5
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but one of power, love, and sound judgment. So don’t be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord, or of me his prisoner. Instead, share in suffering for the gospel, relying on the power of God.
2 Timothy 1:7-8
So encourage one another to persevere in faith.
And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.
Philippians 1:6
Encourage one another then to press on…
Not that I have already obtained this or am already perfect, but I press on to make it my own, because Christ Jesus has made me his own. Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Let those of us who are mature think this way, and if in anything you think otherwise, God will reveal that also to you. Only let us hold true to what we have attained. Brothers, join in imitating me, and keep your eyes on those who walk according to the example you have in us. For many, of whom I have often told you and now tell you even with tears, walk as enemies of the cross of Christ. Their end is destruction, their god is their belly, and they glory in their shame, with minds set on earthly things. But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body to be like his glorious body, by the power that enables him even to subject all things to himself.
Philippians 3:12-21
So we set our minds on things above. E focus on the Heavenly reward.
We rejoice in every blessing but we endure the trials of this life understanding full well that we seek a greater reward. We understand that we are in perilous times. Yet our focus is to be on things eternal more than on this earthly plain.
We are to be mindful of the glorious prize of ever bring with the Lord.
Jesus said, “I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33
So be vigilant. Be faithful. Seek ye first the things that honor God. Serve him faithfully we must. The outcome of this will be…
… you will be hated by all for my name’s sake. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. “But concerning that day or that hour, no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Be on guard, keep awake. For you do not know when the time will come.
Mark 13:13, 32-33
But the Lord will come for us. For you and for me… For those who are ot ashamed of the gospel and of the truth of The Manger, The Cross and the Empty Tomb.
Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you too shall be Saved.
