Psalm 57
Salmo 57
Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me, for in you my soul takes refuge; in the shadow of your wings I will take refuge, till the storms of destruction pass by. I cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills his purpose for me. He will send from heaven and save me; he will put to shame him who tramples on me. Selah God will send out his steadfast love and his faithfulness! My soul is in the midst of lions; I lie down amid fiery beasts— the children of man, whose teeth are spears and arrows, whose tongues are sharp swords. Be exalted, O God, above the heavens! Let your glory be over all the earth! They set a net for my steps; my soul was bowed down. They dug a pit in my way, but they have fallen into it themselves. Selah My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast! I will sing and make melody! Awake, my glory! Awake, O harp and lyre! I will awake the dawn! I will give thanks to you, O Lord, among the peoples; I will sing praises to you among the nations. For your steadfast love is great to the heavens, your faithfulness to the clouds. Be exalted, O God, above the heavens! Let your glory be over all the earth!

Ten misericordia de mí, oh Dios, ten misericordia de mí; Porque en ti ha confiado mi alma, Y en la sombra de tus alas me ampararé Hasta que pasen los quebrantos. Clamaré al Dios Altísimo, Al Dios que me favorece. Él enviará desde los cielos, y me salvará De la infamia del que me acosa; Selah Dios enviará su misericordia y su verdad. Mi vida está entre leones; Estoy echado entre hijos de hombres que vomitan llamas; Sus dientes son lanzas y saetas, Y su lengua espada aguda. Exaltado seas sobre los cielos, oh Dios; Sobre toda la tierra sea tu gloria. Red han armado a mis pasos; Se ha abatido mi alma; Hoyo han cavado delante de mí; En medio de él han caído ellos mismos. Selah Pronto está mi corazón, oh Dios, mi corazón está dispuesto; Cantaré, y trovaré salmos. Despierta, alma mía; despierta, salterio y arpa; Me levantaré de mañana. Te alabaré entre los pueblos, oh Señor; Cantaré de ti entre las naciones. Porque grande es hasta los cielos tu misericordia, Y hasta las nubes tu verdad. Exaltado seas sobre los cielos, oh Dios; Sobre toda la tierra sea tu gloria.
Salmos 57:1-11
The word of God is the new breath we need for our souls. Bringing consolation it reminds us that the Lord is good and it is he that sustains us. It affirms that in the Truth, which is Christ, we can have confidence. In the midst of the difficulties of life we can rest assured that the Lord is for us and will remain in our favor.
La Palabra del Señor es alientó para nuestras almas. Trae consuelo y nos acuerda de que nuestro Dios Es bueno y nos sostiene. Nos afirma de que en La Verdad, que es Cristo, podemos estar confiados. En medio de las dificultades de la vida podemos estar seguros que Él Señor permance a nuestro favor.
