An Ambiguos Gospel Does Not Save

An Ambigious Gospel Does Not Save
Only The True Gospel

You walk in they make you feel so welcome. You hear the speaker speak of the love of God. How it is accepting, all encompassing, tolerating, all forgiving….
All are welcomed, because all have the very image of God, they say. God is love and does not hate, he will reach you regardless…
REALLY?

The Bible I read says, God is a God of love but also a God of judgment.
He is a God of mercy but will not strive with man forever.
He is a God who requires Obedience and Repentance. The gospel is preached to the whosoever but only those who accept the path of God will enter in. The path is not Broad and Wide. It is straight and Narrow,
“Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.
Matthew 7:13‭-‬14

True Love confronts…
True Love calls us out…
True Love Demands we Humble Oursleves and Ask for Forgiveness.
But there is a Condition to Receiving Christ.
We Must Believe…
We Must Turn away from Sin.
We must Seek to Know Him and Serve him.
His truth is not Ambigious. It is not a free for all.

There is a scary gospel that is being preached. One that speaks of acceptance without surrender. One that speaks of forgiveness without repentance. A gospel that tells you that even if you continue in your singular ways the love of God will simply love and ignore your rejection of his word. Because supposedly God’s love is greater.

THIS IS NOT THE TRUE GOSPEL.

God’s love is relentless. It is amazing and wonderful. It has gone through many lengths to reach humanity. The God of creation, the all knowing and all powerful God left his celestial position to be dressed instead in a physical frame. He left his authority, dominion, and became a a human being for you and for me.
He suffered going through the process of becoming an infant. He became vulnerable, helpless and needy in order to fully take the place of humanity. To comprehend our weakness He became weak. To be a living example for us to follow He lived our human experience. He then took on the whole weight of the Sin of the World. He suffered, pain, loss, rejection, hatred, belittling, shame, ridicule, nakedness, hunger, thirst and sorrow for us.

Yes this Eternal God went through great lengths to save us. But scripture tells us that His deathbed es resurrection was for our redemption. It is for our restoration and deliverance from sin. It is the door to our forgiveness and salvation.

But the door is a Door. One must enter in.
The path is narrow yet to get to heaven one must follow the path. To reach the destination one must follow the plan.
There is an order of things. God offers forgiveness for all WHO ACCEPT AND BELIEVE THAT JESUS CHRIST IS LORD.

its not dependent on my church affiliation. It’s not about connections with some religious organization. It is not about some political party or some act of kindness on our part.

We Must Repent. We must Believw that Jesua is the Only Way. We must follow the path of salvation and adhere to his word.

Many want the benefits of the Lord without the commitment. Many want the blessings of the Lors without the standards.

Let me live my sinful lifestyle and don’t tell me how to live. Let me have pleasures and live without restraints but let me have no consequences.

They call it safe sex, God calls it fornication
They call it freedom, God calls it bondage to sin. They call it happy hour, God calls it folly, foolishness and a wate of time.
They say just wear a condom. When God says flee from temptations.

We see people suffering sexually transmitted diseases. We see women who have spent their lives playing wife and when their partners pass on, they have no benefits. They give their treasure up for no security.
We see father less children and read statistics of the consequences of this. Single parenthomes, poverty, children growing up with confusion and a lack of identity and self worth. We see promiscuous children who partake of sex before understanding the ramifications of their sexual encounters.
We see relationships not able to last because of pornography and the lusts of the flesh.
Greed, self gratification, a disregard for order, a lack of moral values, a selfish outlook on life. There is a disregard for authority and a prevalence for narcissistic thoughts that prevail.

The True Gospel Brings Order.
It enlists reasoning, temperance, moral standing, a respect for one’s fellow man.
It evokes change that is not imposed but changes that comes as a result of a life who has understood the privilege of being forgiven.
The True Gospel demands that we turn away from sinful lifestyles, not by oppression but by an outward recognition of the love that is transforming our lives.

The TRUE GOSPEL IS A RECOGNITION OF OUR DESPERATE NEED FOR GOD TO SAVE US.it is the love of God that has gone to the extremes to reach Humanity.
But there is a condition to receiving all the benefits of the Love Of God.

We Must Believe in Jesus. We Must Surrender to the Lord. We Must ask God to Forgive us. We Must Choose to Live For Him.

It’s not a social movement. Though God’s Love changes society when it comes and is accepted. It makes us people who live life with Purpose and Hope. In John 14:6
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

He is the Only Way. He is the Only Truth. He is the Only Life. This is the true Gospel. That God gave his only son to die for your sins and mine. That if we accept and believe Jesus Christ is Lord and we repent, turn away from our sin, we will be saved.

Acts 3:19
Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out,
Acts 16:31
And they said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.”

2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
