Heaven bound
I am heaven bound.
My past is erased my sin forgiven
Yes I’m heaven bound.
The debt’s been paid
The ticket purchased,
The Seat is secure.
My destination is fixed already
I’m heaven bound.
But wait, have patience.
Don’t fret my soul.
The ride is bumpy
and steep some hills.
The road is treacherous
And scary still…
You must endure
Though you be weary.
You must endure and persevere!
Hold on fast to what Christ promised.
Wait on him though the trip is tough.
Just focus on the very last station.
Together we can stay on and reach the goal.
Oh my rewardis with my Savior.
My crown of life is there, secure.
So come soul be now encouraged.
Hold on, hold tight.
We are almost home!
