Since you really listened to him and you were taught how the truth is in Jesus, change the former way of life that was part of the person you once were, corrupted by deceitful desires. and clothe yourself with the new person created according to God’s image in justice and true holiness. Be angry without sinning. Don’t let the sun set on your anger. Don’t provide an opportunity for the devil. Don’t let any foul words come out of your mouth. Only say what is helpful when it is needed for building up the community so that it benefits those who hear what you say. Put aside all bitterness, losing your temper, anger, shouting, and slander, along with every other evil. Be kind, compassionate, and forgiving to each other, in the same way God forgave you in Christ.

Are We Saying The Wrong Things to Ourselsves. Is our Internal Voice, Those Internal Words Negatively affecting Our Outcomes?

Am I my own worst enemy?

Do I Sabotage myself?

Did I Tie Myelf Up?

Do I think so lowly of myself that I dont allow Healing to mend me, Hope to Change me, Life to Evolve and Grow and Chane for me?

Am I Stuck?

Think about the things above and not things on earth. You died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. So put to death the parts of your life that belong to the earth, such as sexual immorality, moral corruption, lust, evil desire, and greed (which is idolatry).

What do I say to myself? Do my feelings of Unworthiness Cloud my judgement?

Do I Become Paralyzed because of the Sins others committed towards me? TRAUMA

Or am I ashamed about the Sins I have Commited to the degree that I Nullify the Forgiveness and Mercy God has shown to me? GUILT

Lord, What has Happened to me? Show me the error of my thoughts. Show me the perpetuating lies I allow myself to, take root in my thought patterns. Let my life be changed by the truth that YOU HAVE LOVED ME.

You Have Made A Way For Me.

I Am Not In The Risk of Peril… I Am Not Cast Off Forever. YOU STILL LOVE ME.

You can deliver me from my own WRONG THINKING.

The lies I tell Myself are just that, Lies.

Hey, You, your Past Cannot Keep You From God’s Love.

The Trauma is not for you to Hold on to.

The Fear is Not For you to Live in.

Come on Be made Free. Come on!!!!

Tell Yourslef Jesus Loves Me, This I know. For the Bible Tells Me so.

In spite of every failure, Jesus Loves us.

In spite of every success, He still loves us.

In spite of our fears, Jesus loves us.

In spite of what we feel, Jesus loves us.

He has loved you with an Everlasting Love.

And once you come to Him freely and willingly, He will never Leave you nor Forsake you.

If you are reading this Now, Its because God Loves You. He has Better days for you and me.

He has days where His love will surround us and heal every hurt. He will mend every heart. He will restore every part of that brokenness inside.

Come, Cry out To Jesus. I can guarantee you, He Never Fails. He is ready to mend your ways. But you must Come to Him.

And then in the Midst of every future Struggle, every future sorrow, He will be There to Hold you, to Console you and to Help you. Then, one day we will be with Him forever in Heaven when this life is done.

Oh come, Be Brave, Ask For Help.

Let’s not keep sabotaging our own lives with Negative Narratives we tell ourselves. Let Jesus Write your Story. You too can be Free.

Then when the issues of life occur, we will be kept safely in the palm of His hand. And when the storms we must go through come we will not go through them alone. He will be with us in the cry of the midnight hour. He will bring new mercies every morning.

Come on, Lord help us Get Rid of Our Stinking Thinking.
