Galatians 3

8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. 9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham. 11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them. 13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. 11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

Far back in the Old Testament the Savior was spoken of far back in thr book of Isaiah the Lord was revealed ….

He would be wounded for our transgressions he would be bruised for our sin….

The Babe in the Manger was he who would ultimately grow and die on a tree for you and for me….

Christmas is us Remembering the Greatest gift of all. The Gift that would Redeem us from the Curse of Sin. The sin not only of our sin nature found in humanity since Adam and Eve sinned but also the sins of our own crooked paths.

The Babe in the Manger Represents God incarnate, God undressing himself of Power, Majesty, Authority, Strength and Sovereignty. Thus becoming helpless, dependent, weak, frail, to be with us in unity counted among us. He then grew becoming acquainted with our human condition in every way. Suffering abandonment, fear, depression, anger, being misunderstood, accused, rejected, lied about…he then paid the maximum cost for us….Human Death. He too was completely Separated from His Heavenly Father as he carried our sin weight. The Father looked away, for the sin of man was too great.

He paid it all!

Then on that glorious Third Day, He Rose up from The Grave! He conquered Sin! He conquered Death!

Oh, oh, oh, Gloria, glory in the Highest, Messiah has come!
